HUNTSVILLE, Ala., July 23, 2026—Redstone Electric Supply Company, LLC, a leading independent electrical distributor serving Huntsville and North Alabama, today announced the promotion of Blake Hulgan to President, effective immediately. Blake Hulgan succeeds Kelsey Hulgan, who will remain active in the business and transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer.

In his new role as President, Blake will oversee Redstone’s daily operations, drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives, and lead both the executive management and sales teams.

Blake brings a myriad of industry experience, having most recently served as Redstone’s Vice President of Sales, a role he occupied since the company’s beginning in 2023. In that role over the past three years, he more than tripled Redstone’s annual sales, oversaw the opening of a second branch, and navigated the company’s recent acquisition of Scott Lighting Supply Company, Inc.

Prior to joining Redstone in 2023, Blake held leadership positions with Sequel Electrical Supply – A Division of Border States, Cerrowire, and Graybar. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bryan College, and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Auburn University.
